Customer Care Representative (salary above 350$)
- Good computer skills.
- Good commend of written and spoken English; Chinese will be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours when necessary
- Good negotiation skills, fast learner and good attention to detail
- Hardworking, honest, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and Self-motivated
- With knowledge and experience in customer servicing and financial industry will be an advantage.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Good Personal Presentation
- Understands fully all of the company's products, services and regulations
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Explain the company's products and services in full and try to generate interest in customers
- Develop a business plan and maintain long term relationship with customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, and follow up thereafter
- Record all customers information, details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Do not disclose customers's information to anyone
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Process customers's requests and applications
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Perform customer verifications
- communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, social media and face to face
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated internal resources
- Assist company’s event, go outside to share company leaflets
- Other assigned jobs by superior
